Its back again, the BUFC annual home made Salami contest.
This event has been one of the most enjoyed nights put on each year by the club. Its open to all so even if your not putting some Salami in the contest you can attend and sample them all and vote.

This is not an event to be missed. The winner will have their name added to the trophy which has previous winners listed:
2019 – it could be you
2018 – Joe Farrugia
2017 – Sam Quattrone

The contest process:
- Each entrant has their Salami placed on a plate that is labeled with a specific code. The owner of the Salami is only revealed at the end of all voting.
- Each entrant or member of the public in attendance can taste and place a vote for their favourite Salami.
- Once all tasing and voting is done, a brownlow style counting of votes will occur.

Its a great night so come on down and enjoy some of the communities great home made Salami.
